Group Mobility Warm up

WOD  “Pink Zedar”

A barbell complex- (Rx is #155).  You select a weight you can push press 6 reps.
Then it’s 12 DL, 9HC, 6PP 3 min EMOM with 1 minute rest.

Count your total reps atloud as you perform. Record each round

Overtime… 3 minutes of Push ups, count.
