40 TGU r/l  alternate bewteen each, break into sets of 10 hold technique…
go up in weight after 20 if technique holds…

WOD 10 rft with partner
250m row alternate (non rower try hold plank from elbows)

Strength Back Squat
5-3-1*** 75, 85, 95%

Cool Down…low back release on back :45 sec holds- knees in, to right, to left
arms overhead look opposite on r/l holds.
