Warm Up:
Outdoor circuit for 15min 50 meters of continuous rotating:
Sled drag power walk, DB Farmers carry, Sand bag-jog, Skipping, broad jumps

WOD 2 Teams compete for Tire flip reps
20min AMRAP
On the 4min, 8, 12, 16 all members must stop and complete a 400m run together
Teams resume tire flips when last teammate returns from run.
Both teams have 1 small and 1 large tire to work together and flip during the 20min APRAP
Score your total flips….
