WOD 30min AMRAP
each team rotates through 6 stations
with a runing clock rotate every 5min

Station 1- Tire flips (work together flip 1 tire a time)
Station 2- Sledge Hammer (1 athlete works at time)
Station 3- Sled drag 50m 225/185 ((1 athlete works at time)
Station 4- Synchronized team burpees
Station 5- Rope Climbs (1 athlete works at time)
Station 6- Sand bag squats 50/25 (1 athlete works at time)

Score total reps from all stations for final score
