*If an athlete has recently found one/both of these maxes or is deemed “too new” by the coach to attempt, other lifts may be performed.

Choose from the following: OHS Front Squat/ Goblet Squat Thruster (barbell or DB) Push Press

* May perform 1,3 or 5 RM
