Dip Ladder x 3
*Do 1 pull up/dip and drop. Within 7 seconds jump back up and do 2 pull ups/dips. Then 3 PU/Dip, etc. Go until failure. Each set counts as total reps. Ex. Athlete fails on 4th rep of round 5, score is 1+2+3+4+4=14 for that round
