80 T2B-“resting” partner hangs on rig
100 Goblet Squats 53/35- “resting” partner holds wall sit
80 Deadlifts 275/175“resting” partner holds dumbells 45/30
100 sit ups- “resting” partner holds hollow body- make sure lower back is TOUCHING the floor
Cash out opposite of what you did to cash in…
