Build as a group- jump shrug, high pull, high hang power snatch, OHS
4×3 Snatches-pausing for 2 sec at the knee, then finish; be aware of back angle

3×2, 3×1 Snatch
*Focus here is getting better at the FULL snatch. If mobility is an issue, stay in “power” safety and mobilize shoulders in between sets
