Switch
While one partner performs 20 Wall Ball, the other performs Steering Wheel Turns with 15lb Plate.

load for WOD…5 reps rest then climb to wgt continue mobility btw rounds for shoulder

WOD AMRAP 16min (no racks)
15 Wall Balls (20/14lbs)
10 OH Squats (135/95lbs)

Post WOD  Accumulate 2 min AS bottom then lax shoulders focus on what’s sticky
