8+ Split Squats(step lunge) – Skill review
front ft lateral shin! wgt in front leg quad
* Scale the load to a light Barbell or Dumbbells if needed.

WOD:
3 Split Squats (each side)
Every 2min for 6min
6 Split Squats (each side)
Every 2min for 6min
9 Split Squats (each side)
Every 2min for 6min
(start AHAP drop wgt before 6 reps and 9 reps cycle)
