1 Power Clean and Jerk (155/115lbs)
2 Front Squat
3 Toes to Bar
4 Wall Balls
5 Pull Ups
6 Box Jump (24/20)
7 Smash Ballscropped-rex16.jpg
8 Deadlifts
9 KB Swings (24/16kg)
10 Situps
11 Burpees
12 Overhead Lunges
run same barbell for all lifts

run it like the song….
Round 1 = 1 Power Clean and Jerk
Round 2 = 2 FS+ 1 Power Clean and Jerk
Round 3 = 3 T2B+ 2 FS + 1 Power Clean and Jerk
And so on until the last round, you will perform 12 Overhead Lunges + 11 Burpees and so on, back to the start.
