    Week 1: Foundations of Fitness

    Meet our professional coaches and get familiar with the movements you’ll be using in group classes. Many of these movements you already know — we’re just going to make you better at them. We’ll teach you how to jump, squat, pull, and press with safe, effective technique so you can get stronger and avoid injury. Don’t worry if you need extra time here. Everyone has their own pace.

You will learn functional movements we use in CrossFit, review your range of motion and various scales to get you moving safely in a group setting.

We'll meet you where you are and teach you to move safely and effectively.

Within the first few weeks, you'll start to feel better and have more energy.
