Membership Options.
A Memberships gives you access to our Group CrossFit/Lifting Classes, which are offered Monday-Saturday. Your Membership fee is due on the first day of each month.
“Unlimited” Membership monthly cost $150.00 per athlete.
“Limited” Membership grants you 3 CrossFit classes per week, monthly cost $125.00 per athlete.
Discounts: Active Military/First Responders monthly cost $100.00 per athlete, same household second membership is 10% discount.
Please give owners a 2 week notice when changing or cancelling your membership.
Otherwise, there will be a $25.00 processing charge.
Print form and complete for membership application. CF BC must have a copy of your membership form, health assessment form and waiver on file before starting classes. Owners will verify official start date, once we receive your application and confirm your prior experience or you have completed the CF BC Foundation course.

Experienced Crossfit Athlete Drop-Ins are welcome! Please let the owners know which class you are planning to attend so we can have a coach look for you. Arrive 15 minutes early to sign a waiver. Drop in cost is one class–$20.00, 2 classes-$30 or WOD for the week-$40
