    Meet our professional coaches and get familiar with the movements you’ll be using in group classes. Many of these movements you already know — we’re just going to make you better at them. We’ll teach you how to jump, squat, pull, and press with safe, effective technique so you can get stronger and avoid injury. Don’t worry if you need extra time here. Everyone has their own pace.

    I had a great time joining this gym for a couple of months while I was in the area for work. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable and the members were so welcoming and friendly. I’ve traveled a lot and have been a member in a good amount of gyms and also have owned my own CrossFit gym and my experience at bearcat was great. I hope to be able to visit again.

    Love this Box. It feels like family. Everyone from the coaches to the athletes are amazing people. The Coaches are always there to correct form, help scale workouts and always great motivators. Been going there for almost 3 years and wouldnt wanna go anywhere else.

    I'm six weeks in, and this is by far, the only time I've

    I'm six weeks in, and this is by far, the only time I've truly enjoyed working out. All of the coaches are amazing and all of my fellow athletes are awesome. They push you to do your best and they treat you great. I never would have thought that I would get up at 6am to go to a 7am WOD, but i'm there 3 days a week without fail. Everyone makes you feel welcome and like family. CrossFit BearCat is awesome!!!!!
