Athlete Annie
As an active athlete in my youth I found the mid 30's to more challenging due to constant pain. I gained weight and became sedentary. Once the Doctor's identified several issues to include inflation, arthritis, and a rare auto immune deficiency led to a hip replacement.

I needed to change my diet, start exercising so I could be around for my daughters and husband long term.

This is when I found CrossFit BearCat. The journey was not easy by any means and I refused to give up.  I had a lot of support from all of the coaches and built amazing friendships at BearCat. The motivation, camaraderie, and friendships continue to help me work harder everyday and not forget my main goal; to be able to take care of my girls.


When I started I was around 235 🤦🏽‍♀️
I’ve now lost over 50 pounds and down 2 sizes in clothes. Each day I get up and think about where I was and where I am today. I’m so grateful for BearCat and helping through my journey.

    Week 1: Foundations of Fitness

    Meet our professional coaches and get familiar with the movements you’ll be using in group classes. Many of these movements you already know — we’re just going to make you better at them. We’ll teach you how to jump, squat, pull, and press with safe, effective technique so you can get stronger and avoid injury. Don’t worry if you need extra time here. Everyone has their own pace.
